Default can't connect

I was able to connect before but now it says connection failed (connection refused). I went to my site and it's up any idea what's wrong and how I can connect?

Well it seems to be working now, I didn't do anything different though. If anyone has ideas of what could have caused it not to work I'd appreciate it in case it happens again.

If you tried to connect several times too quickly, the ftp server may have placed a temporary ban for 'hammering'
