I want to FTP to another computer, but I do't know where I can find the password.

The error message 'connection refused' means either that you are connecting on the wrong port (a port that is blocked, unforwarded or used by another program), have entered the wrong IP or your ip/host has otherwise been blocked or banned from the ftp server. This error message has nothing to do with having an incorrect password.

As far as finding the password goes, if you have admin rights to the ftp server just reset the password to something new. If you do not, talk to the person who does have admin rights and ask them to change your password for you.
