Feature request: Disable auto-scrolling

Is possible to add an option "Disable Auto-scrolling" option to queue window right-click menu ??

If FlashFXP is downloading many small files, queue is updating really fast and in the meawhile users cant do any changes.

So either download has to be stopped or no changes can be done!

I have tried to improve on this several times in the past but failed to reach my goal.

Using the pause button on the toolbar (Stop queue after current transfer) [shortcut Ctrl+P] is currently the best solution.

I will try to find a better solution after v5.0 is released and I have extra time to invest in this improvement.
