Downloading stops when user clicks the handles

A) How to reproduce:

1. Create a list with many files
2. Start downloading
3. Click any Flashfxp window handle & keep pressed!
4. Downloading will stop!!


This even apply if you click click on a handle to a different flashfxp window (Step 3)


B) Moreover, when I did the above, Flashfxp caption stopped refreshing! (was stuck at 0kB/s speed).
At the moment, I cant find a way to reproduce this error

This is a known defect that effects all versions of FlashFXP.

This occurs due to the way the windows scrollbar control handles mouse events.

The current work around is to avoid this type of behavior when an operation is in progress.

In the future we may consider resolving this problem by using additional threads to isolate event and message based operations from the user interface.
