I like the background texture/composition . But two suggestions:
* Change the font of the central text. Choose one more "serious" (for example: Verdana, Tahoma, Bookman Old Style, Times New Roman, Garamond, Georgia ...).
* The button at the right could be a nice addition, but give it more "life".

The L in FlashFXP is incorrect. (FLashFXP <> FlashFXP)
It's a "l" not a "L"

i like very 1st one best.
are those buttons supposed to be "aqua/glass"? if so, shouldn't highlight be symetrical?
