writing scripts

hi everyone!

I have been looking for a way to "schedule" a chmod operation
I have recently looking for a windows solution ftp client but the script section / documentation on the inicom.net is unavailable.

see, I need to do a recursive chmod change on my website quite often and this takes for ages to do by hand. usually is always the same task once you select which files / folders to change, so I guess it makes sense to write a script..

please write on if you know a wiki if you can help me on this
