Default How to? auto transfer directories

Hello I am looking for a way to set up a way to tranfer files with as little human interaction as possible. daily I need to download the entire contents of a directory on an ftp server and upload files to a differant directory. the file names and extentions vary as they incorporate the date in them. At one time I had version 2 set up so it could download from one directory no matter its contents and then upload a directory no matter its contents. and then have it so it can be initialized either by a shortcut or the windows scheduler. I have not been able to find the right documentation for version 3. any help is greatly appreciated.

Default

queue up whole directory of what you want to download
then queue up that same directory for upload
save that queue file
start flashfxp using command line paramenters with that queue file..either by a shortcut or thru windows scheduler
