IOftpd + Glftpd mirror?

I'm looking to run a mirror of my freebsd glftpd site on a windows computer. I was going to use IO to run the server on the windows box. Is there an easy way of importing all the glftpd user accounts into io? would all the passwords be reset?
Is there a tool available to do this? or is it usualy just done manually?

I'm also looking for some sort of ioftpd script that logs in to the glftpd site daily and syncs the archives. Does such a thing exist? or could I do it from the other end with glftpd?

Yes it does and it's called FTPRush. ;) Or any ftp client with tasks and script support should suffice.
