will ioFTPD scripts like ioBanana work with DrFTPD?
=)
I seriously doubt they will.
Talking about ioBanana, the sitebot might be able to interact with drftpd but you'll miss some features because several site commands aint available. ioBanana.exe won't work there (for sure). It uses ioFTPD's shared memory, its environment variables, its scripting interface, etc.

Most if not all ioFtpd scripts will not work with DrFtpd. DrFtpd is a distributed slave/master system meaning all slaves interact with the master for such things as the vfs (much different vfs than you're used to with io), sfv checking of files, user logins, user credits, etc etc. So traditional ftpd scripts that run on a local vfs ftpd just won't work. DrFtpd is really a solution on its own and they are currently working out some of the bugs that have plagued it to date. Latest cvs is looking much better. It also comes with its own sitebot included and if you google hard enough you can find DrFtpd support pages with small (but growing) collections of scripts for DrFtpd..
