ioftpd doesnt support 256bit ssl?

just have one little question using ioftpd 5.8.5r and tried to conf it for 256 bit ssl but i cant connect to site when its in 256bit min ciph streagth it works fine in 168bit what is the highest ciph strength supported by ioftpd?

btw i searched forum but didnt find any answers

it's a windows OS limitation
