Warchive and ioReserve not..

ioReserve working with Warchive, but nevertheless wiped the releases reserved.
if the release is reserved, wipe command is stoped, but warchive not stopped.

Warchive not annouce moved rlz on irc, (annouce for wiped rlz work well)

ioReserve bug found. if file contains \n\r it breaks the check otherwise it seems to work. I dont have any files from that script so only testing with the info I got from lashan ages ago.

ie files are named: ioReservere*
and containts the name of a dir that is gonna be saved.

announce for moving works here or atleast logs it. I dont have any bot in my testsystem here so thats up to the sitebot you use
