F or f, I'm so confused!!

This from the KB,

Q: The F and f flags to block FXP download and upload don't seem to work.

Your ioFTPD.ini might mention incorrect values for the F and f flags.

The correst values are:
'F' - FXP DENIED (UPLOAD)
'f' - FXP DENIED (DOWNLOAD)


That is the opposite of my ioFTPD.ini says, I don't know who to believe!! I am using the latest regged version, which do flag do I use??

To me, that means you should NOT use the values defined in your ioFTPD.ini...

::EDIT:: Ok, a clearer explanation of this was badly (ok, not that badly) needed so I fiddled with it a while, and came up with this. Here it is, the truth:

# 'F' - FXP DENIED (UPLOAD)
ioFTPD will refuse requests from this login name to accept files from a 3rd party connection.

# 'f' - FXP DENIED (DOWNLOAD)
ioFTPD will refuse requests from this login name to send files to a 3rd party connection.
