iozs sfv checking problem

if i upload a sfv it doesnt say in irc(iobanana) sfv recieved... , doesnt make a folder "50%" , doesnt say when its uploaded half, doesnt make a folder "checked -55of55-ioftpdSERVER"
i dont know what i did wrong
