Request header and foot

i would like to know if it is possible to change header and foot for request.

I saw "Request_Header" & "Request_Footer" in ioa.cfg but i try to change it but nothing :(

"Request_Header" & "Request_Footer" is use in printing request ?

like this :
Request_Line = " [%##:] [%date] [%-10user] -> %request"
