iojTQ problems with TRiAL users

I have set up a drop with iojTQ and it seems to be working fine but TRiAL users will not be moved to iND after 7 days if they have passed trial quota. They will not even get deleted if not passed. If I type !trial user I will get the following mess:

user/TRiAL Is In TRiAL Group But I Didnt Found Date He Was Added

Please help me...

script dont find date added of user
it checks
site syslog 14

so the user was added before or there is no log of date added of that user

if u use shareddb make sure users are added only on 1 server and setup the script to check system.log on that server
