[Filled] System Stats In the Welcome Message

Well I was logging into a friends ioftpd server and he had a welcome message showing like the following:

users name, memory , cpu, space , and all hd's

I thought it was cool, he wouldnt say where he got it or would give, so i figured let me ask here, i did use the search but nothing came up. Maybe someone that knows wat im talkin about can get or fix one up as a welcome message? Thanks

current username: %[$user]
free space for each drive: %[free(f:\)(giga)] GB

total diskspace, total RAM and CPU won't change that often so those can be placed statically in the message file
