This is the support thread for my archiving script ioSavem.

The script allows you to archive any files you want to your archive directory(ies). It's also possible to archive specific files when a release is completed (trigger ioSavem from your zipscript).

The script can be downloaded from the scripts page. The changelog is there too.

i see that you're script archives on complete, but is it possible to archive on date using the same info?Like to archive a certain group releases after a certain date. You have to consider that the certain group may pre on there so, on complete can't work there.

Files are archived OnUploadComplete and/or onreleasecomplete (triggered from the zs). Archiving on pre is on the todo list (won't have time until after easter tho).
Archiving after at specific dates, you mean like shedule it? Guess i could add support for that too.

yes, schedule it to archive. Like archive certain group releases at the end of the month would be nice, and just before any schedule del util works.

This script has been on ice for a while and honestly I don't have very much free time to work on anything at the moment.

I will see what i can do though.

fobban,

Is there a possibilty of having a release extraction (unzip/unrar) occur after completion and moving that file to an archive section?

Actually I have a new version that is almost done, which has pre support... Just have alot other stuff going on, that has higher priority.
Anyways, will try to finish it and make it public asap :)
