Script for kick user on connection on ioftpd if the user isnt present on channel irc

Infos : Account name user ioFTPD must be same name IRCnick
You must control your users in irc : siteInvite & register users
If bot isnt connected on channel, there are no kick user (for not block all if irc trouble connection)
Possiblity set no kick group or no kick user

not sure if possible but
maybe someone can write a login script for complement this nice script..
maybe looking like this here:
USER blablabla
331 Password required for blablabla.
PASS (hidden)
200 .------------------------------------------------------------.
200 | ACCESS DENIED - You MUST STAY at IRC channel while connected |
200 .------------------------------------------------------------.
Connection failed
so the user will get a message..would be great

I dont know if its possible.
Please Mouton, its possible ton start on itcl with a tcl command, or send a instant message to an user with a tcl ?

some ideas for future that maybe very usesfull and needed;)
site nick <ircnick> to set your used ircnick... so that its not required to have same name @ site & chan..
site settimer <mins> to setup the time you have to join chan after you've connected to site maybe to use site invite .. cmd etc...
site setdropmsg <msg> to setup msg user receive when hes not at chan after x min..
site setfxpmsg <msg> to setup msg user receive when he try to race and hes not at channel..
... i think others agree thats usefull things;) very usefull

Anyone succefully installed it with dzs instead of iobanana?
