How to modify the .ini file to get it to work ??

Ive opend all ports for the ftp in the firewall but when I connect to the site from the outside it halts at the PASV

Is there anyone with the same problem that has a solution ??

U need to link through the pasv ports.
These are specified in the ANY device in ur ioftpd.ini
