How to define detailed permission in folder containing spaces?

Got myself a quite annoying problem. How do I define detailed permission for folder: /~19 blabla/ (defined and functional as that in vfs) in ioFTPD.ini sience im not allowed to use space in virtual path? Tried enlosing virtual path with "" aswell. Is it even possible or do I need to make a new vfs?

Mmm, only 1 reason I can think why you'd have a tilde in dir name :/
ioFTPD wont work for that reason, has protections against it ;)
