Groups Credits Transfer ?

Is it possible to give gadmins the right (a flag) to transfer credits within their grp like on gl ?
...so gadmin of GRP1 can take credits from USR1 and give em USR2 in same group

Nope. Don't think there's a script that does that yet.
There's probably a dozen scripters who would be happy to make it.
