Put UINFO.msg in loggin message

Just copy contents of uinfo.msg to your welcome.msg

and in the login.msg :

it worked in b4 but not in b5 :(

welcome.msg, not login.msg
login.msg is shown before the user log-in.
welcome.msg is shown after.
