Option to set amount of U/D slots for users

site change USER uslot 2

would be a very nice feature :)

It's avail as a global setting in ioBanana.
ie, u can limit the number of uploads and the number of downloads that all users are allowed to simulnateously. And u can exclude users.

I'll be adding some new limits soon after next release (logins per ip, simultanous uploads/downloads (per service & user))
