Weekly stats not resetting

I just happened to notice that the weekly stats don't seem to be resetting as they are supposed to. I have the following set in the .ini...

[Reset]
WeeklyReset = Sunday
MonthlyReset = 1st

[Scheduler]
Reset = 0 0 * * &Reset
Service_Update = 10,30,50 * * * &Service_Update

[Guardian]

same settings and problem here :\
