As it is now it's impossible to delete a user that is logged in without first kicking him...
Shouldn't io handle that, so if I 'deluser' a user then should io kick him first if he's logged in?
Or is there a point in manually kick him first that i haven't understood? :]

If deluser would wait users to be kicked, it could mean noticable delay (up to few secs on heavy load).. which is not nice at all
