Since many of your users will be from a GUI background...

Is there way you can do this?

Normal sessions set to 10 for ftp
L Flag set to xx for top xx users in their stats

This would allow a possible 10+ sessions total on the site.

Now, with MASA and IOMONITOR to take over and replace the
GUI part (which works great if you tweak IOMON speed area)

Where -

Say I create a user called " MONITOR " on the site with a common
password and have all the IP's for ex: 5 SYSOPS who will monitor
the site from remote.

BUT - this user "MONIOR" will not be counted in the normal 10
sessions for your normal ftp users.

SO if I have 8 normal users online and 0 "L" users, and have
4 "MONITOR" users - the next 2 normal users can still log in.

Not sure if this is possible, but if it can be done, great.

(yes I know about telnet and http - but I am speaking FTP only here...)

One could create special service for admins that does not include any login limits.
