Ability to exclude groups from wkup/dn/etc

For instance, i do not want FRiENDS to be in WKUP/DN etc

you should be able to exclude those groups, would be very useful - rather necessary.

Buy sources ;) I might consider adding config option for this at some later point... remains to be seen
