VBR Support

got it down from ~59ms to ~19ms on my main pc (3.1ghz) and from ~250ms to ~125ms on my 533mhz AMD pc. This was a single user race

PHP pSio is a zipscript-c port to PHP with some pSio addons.

I just updated the files. Made the SFV checker more configurable.
also added the option to create Shortcuts to Race Dirs
just enable it in the SioFTPD.ini file

shortcuts will be removed when the race is finished, or when someone deletes the folder. for example

someone starts a race in /site/new_race-group/ , then deletes new_race-group becuase rls got nuked :( , the shortcut will also get deleted.

shortcuts will be created in / , in this format /[race]-new_race-group/

fixed a minor bug :)
added a new feature , site search filename.rar
also works with wild cards *.rar :) have fun. post some replies and tell me what ya think.

added a new feature , Top 5 releases leeched , I got the idea from TheOuts GLFTPD script's (http://glftpd.rfje.org/)

I also packed the exe, so now its only 28KB!

for some reason the sfv checker didnt skip $null or commented lines in .sfv files . I fixed it though.

fixed a bug, it wasnt reading the ini correctly. so the sfv checker wasnt responding.

additions:
now when files are deleted from the race, the progress report gets updated also. and when the SFV gets the deleted, the progress report gets deleted =P

working on the dzs bot support as we speak :) almost done with it, just finished the "sfv" part of it.. now I am going to do the "new racer" and "complete" part, then possibly the "new leader"

It will be more configurable when I release the Final version :)

I have to delete the shortcut options though :( for the dzs bot to work properly .

here's an update.. re-aligned stat messages.... fixed some part of the code ....

I want to keep this sfv checker simple.. for those people who only need a sfv checker that checks sfv and files..with out all that extra stuff :) ..

No new release today, maybe tommorow :) been working hard on speeding up the checking.. so far I got it as low as 31ms for regular 15MB Files. and around 282ms for 160MB Chunk Files. (Transfering this big file to myself causes some lagg - time elapse might be lower on regular upload/FXP transfers)

Great Script!!! :)

But now I got a problem with this version, first I downloaded it from the lycos page and works fine then I saw that there's a newer version and downloaded from geocitys, if I upload a new dir with sfv I get problems uploading the other files (.jpg .mp3), it said:

[09:50:42] 426 Connection closed: Unknown error
[09:50:42] Transfer Failed!

What could be my problem? Did I anything wrong?

the delete bug form last night are back when i delete the sfv all files i delete after that comes the error;)..

And once more critical bug found
when i delete sfv and then i reup it the rar files ive allready uploaded something are bad after that but on first check that was OK...
and then wenn i reup the "bad shown" rars form same source thay are ok again;)

i think whe have to talk via irc again;) via board is a little bit sucky...

for your todolist:
choiseable between status dir or file
and complett dir or file

and after upload complett means final msg was writen a function
to add at the end or begin of the msg the imdb read out form a .ioftpd.imdb file,) on in same dir on single relases one dir up at multi cd releases;)

SnypeTEST i've found a bug again at mp3 sfv routines
when ive upped a rls complett then i delete the files the creates the missing files ok but also he creates the files of the rls as 0byte files.

example here:
uploaded: Avril_Lavigne-Sk8er_Boi-CDM-2002-XMK
all files 100% complett then i delete the files
after that there are folowing missing files+ rls files:
01-avril_lavigne-sk8er_boi-xmk.mp3 <- he created as 0byte file
01-avril_lavigne-sk8er_boi-xmk.mp3-missing <- he created too

usw...

braking an transver and resuming doesnt work with the skript

#1 braking the connection doesnt modify the file to .bad

#2 braking the connection + resuming makes the file bad, no matter if the sfv is correct or not

ok, this may sound like a really dumb question, but here goes.

How do i seperate my sfv sections?

I tried SFV_DIRS = /vcd/ /svcd/
also SFV_DIRS = /vcd/, /svcd/
also SFV_DIRS = /vcd/* /svcd/*
but couldn't get it to work :/

so i've ended up using SFV_DIRS = /
as a temp fix

I know its just me doing something stupid, could you point me in the right direction.

I'm using pSio 0.1.3 (well just upgraded to 1.5 but haven't messed with it yet)

Nice sfv script btw :)

i have some suggestions or stuff i noticed here... for psio


zip releases dont have incomplete symlinks like sfv releases

ftp echo and msg file should have progress meter, percent complete and 'done with/total' files cookies

possibility of on rls complete event.. to write nfo and/or diz to msg file or just diz to msg would be nice..

$POS cookie for msg file

minimum files for halfway, halfway announce on 2 file rls isnt so nice

race duration, slowest and fastest upload speed cookies

just noticed some strange stuff with speed info shows up as .2KB/s or .4KB/s or .5KB/s which is obviously not true =/

again thanks for nice script! hope u can check some of these suggestions

it then autodeletes sfv and if i try to reup it , it says sfv already exists so wont let me

so i then rename the '2-missing' file to the sfv and delete and reup and rescan passes and same msg and same error

any chance to have option to turn off the

Snype, it seems that the mp3 checker doesn't work in the newest version, it gathers the mp3 info on upload and echos back to client, but the MP3 complete tags don't get made. I checked my config by replacing the exe and with previous versions it works.

Love this sfv checker SnypeTEST.
I do have one small question.
As i'm a very lazy person i'm looking for away to get certain downloads unpacked after they are done.
Now the thing is i dont want that function for all sections so to say only for 1 or 2.
If anyone has an idea how to do this, share it as it would be so nice :)

just noticed that sfv_nfo only works for single cd releases.. normally it should write to a msg file in parent dir on mutli cd rls, but you've done enough as it is just pointing this out.. fix it or not up to you :cool:

- fixed multithread, it took all day (and yesterday) to make psio support unlimited threads but its finally done. It might be a bit slower, but it gets the job done and it wont crash (well didnt crash when I tested it out on my pc).

the imdb info gets posted in the root folder of the multi cd rls :) (or where ever the nfo is uploaded)

for example ,

info is stored in /vcd/some.movies-ctp/ hehe. maybe someone wants to fix it? who is good with powerbasic , msg me and I will give them source code for psio imdb script.

and because dzsbot dont have a COMPLETE,HALFWAY,SFV,UPDATE,USER&GROUP STATS lines i wanna know if there is a posibility to have the section name cookies in zipscript. so the zs writes them to .log and dzsbot anounces then the line.

no. it means that the $SECTION cookie for custom scripts will be "0DAY" . Section cookies are used for mysql logger and imdb script.

when i race alone i got 4mb/s
2 racers and speed fals down to 30kb/s by both racers
and iotrial.exe hangs all the time i must shut down it with task manager
iotrial.exe freezes with high speeds and with large files 15MB or higher
i got than 5-8 ioTRiAL.exe on my task manager to shut down

hey guys Ive been noticing that the ini file and sorting all users / custom scripts / custom output , is all making psio slow. I will be re-coding the user sorting/rls sorting with mysql embedded database. you dont need to install mysql, just need this 800kb dll file, I say the file size of the dll wont matter because mysql is definitly faster/more reliable than what I am using now :) Look forward to this release late this week....if you want to beta test join/idle in #iom0d on efnet. maybe late tommorow I will have something out for beta testing....

Update: tonight I got done with all the sfv mysql functions (addfile,remfile,etc) , just need to add sfv parsing and output..

Got 2 questions.

That function only creats a empty dir in the ftp root. Not a symlink.

Using option nr 2 hover does create a symblink.

And when upon deleting a file there is no new missing file created. If i remember that function was implented before.

Using ioftpd 5.15 and psio v2.0.20a.

Any ideas what i might do wrong?

your doing nothing wrong :) its just little things I left out because I didnt feel they were manditory just yet, I wanted to make psio fast first then put in all the luxary stuff in the end.

Also remember that my HD's crashed so I had to re-code psio, 2.0.18+ is a complete recode. I will check out the symlink dir bug though thnx

Hm having problems with 2.0.22.
psio.exe hangs and hogs 99% of cpu time and fxping is canceled. So far happend twice with 50Mb files.
Cant realy be mor specific as i dont have more info myself atm. Gonna downgrade to 2.0.21d to see if the same errors show up.
Nothing else running scriptwise then psio.

you can make alittle bath script (.bat file) that will run ftp.exe and connect to the ftp and chmod it for you.

example

2.0.22c creates herds of
incomplete symblinks either its in root dir or in parent dir. More exactly one per every uploaded file in a sfv.
Reverting to 2.0.22b and it works like it should.

I have a problem where for some releases sioftpd creates incomplete symlinks in parent physical dir. This means if someone uploads to /ANIME/ (which really is F:\anime) I get a incomplete dir in F:\.

Everything else seems to be alright though, and the weird thing is that this only happens sometimes, no matter what section on the site it is.

Any hints?

EDIT: Seems to be happening all the time now....

Hi,

I solved my previous problem by having the script creating incomplete symlinks in / instead of /<section>.

Now I have a new problem though. It seems the script is having trouble reading %RLSNAME% cookie. The following errors only happen sometimes.

For incomplete symlinks i have:
# $RLSNAME $SECTION $TOTAL $FOUND
SYMFOLDER=INCOMPLETE_$RLSNAME

But it sometimes seem to ignore my settings and creates it like this:
INCOMPLETE_$SECTION-$RLSNAME

This also seems to affect the announcing where I for example have:
dZS_SfvInfo=SFV: "%VFS%" "Got SFV for %RLSNAME% uploaded by %BOLD%%USER%%BOLD%@%BOLD%%GROUP%%BOLD%. Expecting %BOLD%%TOTALF%%BOLD%F."

Instead of announcing it like I have specified it announces it as:

dZS_SfvInfo=SFV: "%VFS%" "Got SFV for %SECTION%/%RLSNAME% uploaded by %BOLD%%USER%%BOLD%@%BOLD%%GROUP%%BOLD%. Expecting %BOLD%%TOTALF%%BOLD%F."

Also another thing that bugs me (this is one is silly I know) is that the aligntment for the message in GroupTop seems to be wrong.

actually it was acouple of other people that wanted the info in the cd1/cd2 folders. the original idea was in the root folder of the movie... but I guess people didnt like that :-/

Working good so far exept now its random
not deleting inc symlinks.
Downloaded a few diff. things and the latest rls it dident delete previous inc symlinks.

Notice the little £ infront of the release name?

Heya,

Great script have a few remarks though :)

First off sometimes when there's alot of people racing the total % is somewhat off, sometimes like a combined 104% or something simular.

Second, it would be nice if you'd flush() during a rescan, with a DVDR release you timeout now while rescanning because it will only give you results of the scan after its completely finished.

Third,
In the default install of pSio, the Group Top part per group has a typo, the $FILES cookie isn't showing correctly because its shown as %3[$FILES$R]F in stead of %03[$FILES$R]F (Using %3 in stead of %03 makes it not work :)

Fourth, it sometimes announces stats for a race twice, the 2nd announce always has 1 file more then the previous, so a CD is finished twice for instance. This is random though.

Today it announced something 7 times, it announced teh first time even though 1 file had a bad SFV, when i reupped this file during the announcing of complete it announced it another 6 times. Originally the dir said 100% Complete, after making it -really- complete it deleted the complete dir and a rescan was needed in order to get the completed dir back.


Fifth: Also speed seems to be somewhat off :) (This is the part for ioFTPD.message btw, the stats during a race is just fine.)

I always get the same error as LoCaliSe. I tested with win2k_fix but don't work (I changed path as said in archive). I made a directory with 4 test files and a sfv for these files and 3 symlinks (Incomplete) are still there (after complete). first I tested rehashing and after restarting but still don't work.
How to resolve it (without removing symlinks option)?

try php_psio , its much better. diz/sfv nfo strippers work for it. I will be fixing the imdb.exe to work for it too.. php_psio is a much better version. Hello Snype,

Does pSio IMDB v0.0.6 work properly? cuz i installed that addon in the exact way you told us to (install guide file), but it's doing errrr nothing...it doesnt create a msg file nothing :(

Any other users having this problem?

PHP pSio v0.0.5b

PHP pSio is now open to the public. after some testing here and there I feel that this is a solid release. I dont know if this will replace psio but psio's code is getting too "crowded" , I will have to do a recode of that soon. plz note that not all psio scripts will work with PHP pSio. only 0day.exe and Sfv_nfo.exe for now. I will be fixing imdb.exe soon.

If I update PHP pSio 0.0.5 foundation members will get it first until I feel its time for reg users to get it :) but this release should enough for your every needs.

PHP pSio is a zipscript-c port to PHP with some pSio addons.

Checkout Changelog.txt and Install.txt

edit: fixed some stuff in 0.0.5b plz re-download.

Dunno if this is possible or not. But it would be nice if files that are uploaded and somehow gets aborted, file will then become a bad file(file.rar.bad or file.rar-bad) and will not be able to resume if you dont rename the file. Is it possible to get php so it will show like the missing messages, not rename the bad file.?
Idea with this is to be able to resume all files that arent finished. And speare some mb by not uploading a hole new file.
ppl that doesnt want this could edit it somehow in the config so its optional.

Would be a nice option.

Another thing.

I got alot of stuff(archived) and I havent used io the hole time and I havent used php_psio the hole time and when I delete a file that wasent uploaded when ioftpd was installed I get this error.

nothing to worry about. just means that the release wasnt uploaded while php_psio was installed.

Hi Snype,

I'm just trying your PHP zipscript and its a nice work.

I have to modify to fit my needs :

- add a ban option on low rated movies,
- add a AllReleases mp3 sort.

It could maybe usefull for other people to add it to your native code ;)

Thats a 15mb x 50files. This only happens when rescan a dir that wasent uploaded, it was a dir that was already on the harddrive. Files that gets uploaded works fine to do rescans. But would be nice if it could check all dir/files.

Nope!

They are still there, also it creates one new _iNCOMPLETe.-( 35% 33 of 93 ) folder after each file instead of update the current one..

I've installed the latest php_psio 0.1.1d and the php.rar package.
Now im getting this error after i upload a file for a sfv release.
This is what i get:

Does anyone know what to do here? i've looked up that line 581 in the zipscript-c.php and it's: $tmptime = round($tmpsize / $tmpspeed,0);

Something i noticed too is that the speed is 0kb/s, doesnt matter how many files i upload it keeps staying like that :(

Apart from this, i think this zscript is AWESOME!!!!! good job!!!!

ok another year another zipscript, i thought.

nearly everything works fine... but i notived some things that doesnt work...

- the imdb script (is it already configuered like the 2 others?)
- and of cource the imdb sorting isn't working, too...
(the imdb function is enabled and the right sections are set in the config... anything else i have to do?)

- $sfv_comment (a sfv comment is set, up after the rlz is uploaded the "old" sfv without my comment is there)

mmhhhh thats all i didnt manage to work :)

1. i think u need to put the windir and systemroot variables in the ioftpd.env file...

in cmd.exe type @set and look for them.. copy + paste it. rehash/restart ioftpd

2. the folders need to exist for the sorting. if imdb didnt work in the 1st place the sorting wont go through

3. almost forgot. sfv_comment doesnt work. wanted to take that off, i dont know why i left it in the config file.. must have forgot..

hi guys i have install the new script for ioFTPD 5.4.3: newdir 3.6 ioA 1.5 dZSbot 1.6 but php_psio for mp3 sfv check it's the same: 1.1d. i have a problem with this version of ioFTPD one track in 50% of mp3 release are uploaded but is deleted in automatic when is finisch the upload...the sfv check go bad why?

but i have used this php.exe donwloaded from http://members.lycos.co.uk/snypetest/ don't go have pho.exe php.ini and 3 files *.dll
this php don't terminate my cpu work 100% all time....this are one big problem but the sfv check go with this php i can't use this!!!

in alternative i have used only php.exe and php4ts.dll from php-5.0.0b3-Win32 downloaded from www.php.net...with the old version of ioFTPD go and go very good perfect cpu usage and perfect sfvcheck with ioFTPD 5.4.3 tell me this error

ok because php_psio is the last script for sfv check...
ioZS is very bad the most bad of script, project-zs i don't see one version new from 6 mounth baadzs have more bugs of ***** of my sister 8))))....i use only php_psio and with the old version of ioFTPD i can use why the php-exe and dll file from php-5.0.0b3-Win32 go, but now don't go with the new version and i don't have sfvcheck now

not dificult why php_psio is perfect don't have bugs and work perfect...but php.exe i can't tell to this...this version php-5.0.0b3-Win32 are more good but func.conf file have a problem whit this version 8/

Hmm weird. I thought I had them already, guess i messed up something. There was only these in my io system dir :-/

i have a problem since i installed php_psio. When a user creates a directory he can upload fine, but when another user wants to join the race he can't, permission denied. Only users with flag 1 seems to be able to upload.

any1 have an idea if i missed something in config or in ioftpd.ini or something?

it seems to set atributes to 644, but thats not what's in my .ini

Where does _Sorted.By.Year read a dirs/files year from? nfo?

Ive got a movie... xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.1989.DVDRip.XviD.INTERNAL-XxXx

This movie ended up in 2001 _Sorted.By.Year which is kinda odd :|

Another thing while im here. I think the imdb info and nfo excerpts is pretty random?! Its like sometimes only nfo excerpts gets added and sometimes only the imdb info and in some cases both. Wonder how come?

Ive been trying to figure out myself but I had to ask now.


EDIT: Had another thing I wanted to mention. If I rescan files that hasent been uploaded while ioftpd or php_psio was installed ive get this.

The speeds arent my concern, the age when it was uploaded was what I was thinking of, sorry didnt make it clear :)

Maybe php cant figure out it either but it would look better if it said 0d 00h 00m 00s as the speed, then you will know that it hasnt been uploaded while php was installed.

Do you always get imdb and nfoexerpts when you enter a the rls dir? As said i get it randomly, anyone can confirm?

Uploading a rls, usertop and grouptop as normal(only me uploading!). Doing a rescan on the rls. last enter the dir to get usertop and grouptop info and there its two of me. And total size is 350mb, should it be so?

have edit "copy/paste" of rescan to make a little smaller post :)

I just updated from 0.1.1d to 0.1.2.
I replace the zipscript-c.php and funcs.php.
and nearly everything works fine...

But the "incomplete_cd_indicator" isn't deleted anymore, after a successful upload.
Does anything change in the config file, too?
Where can I search for the error?
Any hints?

btw. Dr. GB,I got the same problem you have.I copied all files into my script folder except config.php and nfoex.php and works now fine.The incomplete folder doesn´t appear anymore after a finished transfer.Hope this helps you

If something fails through scheduler but works when run manually it's usually EXEC/TCL missing.

NFO upped
1st file gets upped
user gets credits for that file
file gets checked for ID3 tags
if file is not allowed (year/genre etc) file gets deleted
user still have credits (nuking wont help as there are no big files to nuke)

basically, checking of ID3 tag should be triggered before credits are given (if that is possible at all) :rolleyes:


Could also anyone please explain me how does dupechecking works in this zipscript, I wasn't able to get it to work (people could upload same rls under different folders)

Found a problem, not sure if it's known or not. First, some settings from config.php:

$allowed_types = "jpg,avi,mpg,cue,m3u,vob,mpeg";
$video_ext = "mpg,mpeg,m2v,avi,vob";

Now, if I have a mpeg with a sfv, a music video for example, the file is not checked on upload. I also tried removing mpeg from $allowed_types, but it didn't help.

First of all i wanna thank ya (SnypeTEST) for the nice script. It's working damn fast on the dual Xeon (2x3GHz).

But I think i've found a bug in php_psio v0.13.

Up some files (with some sfv :D). You get a Dir/File which says [dS] - ( 56F @ 790M ·COMPlETE· 2264 kbs ) - [dS].

If i delete at least one file of those 56, i get the incomplete header [dS] - ( 98% COMPlETE ) - [dS]. And if i copy (by fxp) the file back, i get an new Complete header and the old is still persent in the dir.

have a problem that script doenst announce complete with mvids, tried several zipscripts, if i look through config you should think it should have no problem with mvids.

these are .mpg files.

Did i miss a config setting maybe?

MaZza_Dj , no clue bro.... firewall shound affect php psio, it would affect ioftpd maybe. if you block ports. (0byte files will be fxp'ed/uploaded)
