Thanks Zer0racer, for discovering one of the nastiest bug in io's history. 3.9.x serie has fatal bug that causes ioFTPD either to crash or go into infinite loop, if user fails login and quits/or is disconnected. If this bothers you - I recommend to switch back to non dodgy version. I have fixed this bug in version that I'm working on, but I cannot upload it as it contains tons of changes and I haven't had done any debugging yet.
