CPU Load 99% on start of IO?!?!

When starting IO, the cpu load jump directly to 99%, why is that?

Could it have something to do with the .ini file(Maybe not setup correctly)??

I didnt have the problem when running earlier ver. of IO.. I think the problem first occured when running ver 2.2.2, not enterely sure though..

Sounds like ini parser gets stuck somewhere (infinite loop?).. try with default .ini file, and see if problem disappears.
