So, it connects, but never lists the folders as it used to.

I have this problem and I'm pretty sure it started after upgrading to XPSP2, wich I did recently. FTP protocol seems to be working since I can use avantbrowser to list my ftp or "dos"-ftp. I used to run 3.0.1015 wich worked perfectly with F-Secure Internet Security 2005, but after reinstalling WinXP and upgrading to XPSP2 it doesn't work anymore...

Sorry, forgot to tell you that I've tried disabling F-Secure but it didn't help. It can't possibly be the only solution to uninstall it, because if I do I will have 10 viruses within 5 mins...

[R] LIST -al
XboX does not properly support extended LIST parimatres. Uncheck the "Show Hidden Files (LIST -al)" option for your xbox site entry.

This may of corse not be the issue at all, however it doesn't hurt to turn off un-needed and often troublesom option for xbox connections.

I've spent so much time trying to figure it out, but have no idea what it can be... Use Avalaunch instead, at least for FTP transfers.

Do you know any guides for avalaunch FTP?

On how to set it up?

Exactly, and do I have to have the Xbox connected to a TV while transfering or can I just set it up and then move the box to my computer?

With some quick searching I couldn't find one, but theres bound to be one over at Xbox-Scene (http://www.xbox-scene.com) .

You can move you Xbox to your computer, just make sure the A/V cable is still plugged in (unplug it from your TV if you have to).
