we need to see status log when you are transfering files to figure out what's going on

And how do I send you that? This is my first time using the product. I had my website designer try and help me and we both concluded there is a problem with the flash fxp program. You can email me at caesarcd85@yahoo.com. I check my emails everyday and I can't run an operation without my website. I do appreciate your attention on this matter. Thank you

Copy and paste the status log into a post here.

Maybe it is resuming the files, instead of overwriting.

Can you tell me where can I find the status log? I would be more than happy to show you the information.
The closest thing I found was the status log filename in the Configure Flash Fxp menu

Go to this (https://oss.azurewebsites.net/tutorial.php?s=Step3) page and take a look at the first big picture.

The status log is located at the right-bottom (the part of the screen that has green lines).

that is status log, however it doesn't show any file transfers, which is what we need to see...

Heres one of the transfers. Apparently it seems that the files are transferred but no revisions are made to my website.

hmm, files do seem to transfer normally..
if you upload, for example, that 'Gallic Main Page.htm' but of different size, after transfer is done, does the file on the server show that new size or still old one?
are you sure you are uploading to the right dir on the server?

It shows the new file on the right hand side that has been uploaded however when I drag the file from left to right and overwrite it with the current file on the right hand side, nothing happens on the website. Im using Microsoft front page to create the website and transferring those files but it doesnt seem to work. I bought flashfxp believing it was a solution for needing a ftp client.

The Vatican, it could be a cache problem.

Empty the 'Temporary Files' of your web browser and reload the page that you're trying to see, pressing at the same time CTRL + F5.

You could also try uploading to a different server and check if the problem persists.

I've had the same problem before, how I fixed this was to rename the existing file on the server before uploading the 'revised' version. Usually just added .orig to the end of the original file. I do this instead of deleting it, so I still have it, JUST in case I want to revert back to it. It IS very possible that it is attempting to 'resume' instead of overwrite, which would cause problems and no changes being made.

Just a thought.
