Can't purchase FlashFXP

I'm trying to purchase 3 licences for FlashFXP, but it just times out and gives a connection error.

at which point does it error? I just tested the purchase link and it loads up fine.

When I go to the Purchase page and click "FlashFXP (2-9 copies)"

It must be some issue with the ISP that my work is with, because it's working fine at home.
