TCP/IP Buffer Size Default

Question: What is the TCP/IP Buffer Size Default for: 1. Send 2. Receive?
I'm confuse & I guess made mess when playin with in using FlashFXP Client.
I use 1. Send = 16kb and 2. Receive = 16kb and in any case set it badly affect the value of transfer in both send/receive.
What is the prooven best Default to set?

The default values are: Send = 8KB Receive = 32KB

For most people these defaults should provide the best results,
in some cases the user may find better results with other values.

Just remember Send = Upload and Receive = Download,
Adjusting these values has no effect on site to site transfers.
