I've paid but I did not reveive the reg code

Hi,
sorry if it's the wrong forum but I did not find any more appropriate to post into.
Last sunday I purchased a single license for Flax FXP 3.x through Paypal. My card has been charged, I've received the payment confirmation from Paypal (<removed just in case it's private>) but to date no reg code has been sent to me. How can I get it?

create an account and you can retrive your key there.
