connection to ftp

when i try to connect to one of the ftps
I got this problem:
"500 oops: vsftpd: refusing to run with writable anonymous root"
week ago I could open this ftp...
can you help me?

you need to contact server admin with that error message.
it has nothing to do w/ flashfxp
