Transfer Fail at 29%

I have been having problems trasnferring this one movie and it freezes the program everytime once it reaches 29%.. I can transfer other files, bigger and smaller, to the same place with no problems.. and the movie itself is fine.. any idea where this is coming from?

OS WinXP Pro
Behind DLink Router but target computer is on same router
Firewall disabled
no Antivirus
Network router connected to Cable internet

Other files transfer fine.. files of same size and type..
