problem with Http proxy

Welcom I use http proxy that support FTP connection and I don't know whith option I should take

my proxy for example is my.proxy.pl:8080

In total commandre I use ( Http Proxy with FTP support ) thanks

FlashFXP doesn't support this method.

We only support HTTP Proxy via the connect method which is far more complex than HTTP Proxy with basic ftp support.

How can I know the http proxy support connect method ?
Is there any way to verify them?

You could try using the proxy in FlashFXP, if it doesn't work it probably doesn't allow the connect method. Other than that I'm not sure. You might be able to find a proxy testing program.
