Unlock Key doesn't work

I have version 3.0 build 1015 registered version

When I lost windows I tried to get the key from my pages on your site .

When Iload the unlock key it shows my name but then goes back to evaluation mode.

Any ideas or is there an email I can use to resolve the problem?

Hello,

Please make sure you downloaded v3.0 build 1015 directly from our website, If you obtained it from another source it may not properly accept your registration key. https://oss.azurewebsites.net/download.php


Also make sure that the flashfxp.key and all the other files in your FlashFXP directory aren't marked as read-only, this can occur if you backed up FlashFXP to a CD-rom and then copied it back to your computer.

Thanks for the help.

I did download the latest version from your site and also got the code emailed to me.

I reinstalled but the code does the same thing. It shows it registered to me but when the program loads it goes back to the evaluation pop up.

Do I need to unistall first? I did not want to lose the settings I have already set up.
