another XP SP2 issue

apparently SP2 is screwy when it comes to loopback connections...and there is already a hotfix for it:rolleyes:

tho be careful becuase it replaces Tcpip.sys, and some of you hacked it to remove half-open connection limit...

What does it mean actually? I know it mentioned about loopback address rather than 127.0.0.1.

But I run ftp server on my notebook with ip of 10.0.0.1 and i can ftp through 127.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.1 (ffxp dan serv-u) running on same machine.

No problem for me?
