* OS [x] WinXP, [ ] Win2K, [ ] Win98, [ ] WinME, [ ] Other
* Running behind NAT/router [x] Yes & Model [Netopia], [ ] No, [ ] Not sure
* Running firewall [x] Yes, Name [Zone Alarm], Ver. [ ], or [ ] No
* Running Antivirus [x] Yes, Name [Norton] or [ ] No
* Network [x] xDSL, [ ] CABLE, [ ] Dail-Up, [ ] Other

I've licensed version 2 last year and have been using it with no problems at all. Really an excellent piece of software.
This summer I received info about the new version 3.0 and upgraded. It looked as if there was no cost involved.
I was told that I had to get a new registration key and requested this in several way fro your portal. But I still haven't received any new key by email.
Please advice.
