Hello

I just registered flashfxp and I'm very happy with it. But I have a problem:
1. I connect to a ftp that only lets you have one connection per ip, and queue the files
2. I disconnect from the ftp, then start the queue
3. when file no. 1 is done, flashfxp just reconnects to the ftp to download file no. 2 and I get booted off/banned for trying to connect more than once

I looked everywhere to change this somehow, but I can't find a solution. Is there anything I can do to make it only one connection at all times? :(

Sorry about that. Here are the additional info:

* FlashFXP v3.0, build 1015, registered
* WinXP
* Running behind NAT/router (Not sure)
* Running firewall Sygate Personal Pro v5.5 build 2516
* Running Norton Antivirus
* Network ADSL lan, connection 128k

I forgot to save the ftp logs (argh! Stupid, I know) but basically like I said earlier, ffxp would try to make a new connection without logging off each time it had to download a new file in the queue. This happened to every different server I connected to (around 4). I'm lost about why this is happening...could you help me, please?

It sounds like the control connection is timing out and when the file transfer is completed the connection is lost. FlashFXP will then reconnect and attempt to transfer the next file in queue.

When the connection is lost FlashFXP is unable to properly log out.

Thanks for the reply. :) Well, it looks like I'll just have babysit and get one file at a time manually instead of queuing them up...

You could try to send NOOPs during transfers to keep the control connection alive.

Options > Preferences > Connection > Send noops during transfer.

It works for me.
