Is there any hope for FlashFXP - no update since years

Hi there,

Is there any hope for FlashFXP?
Because there was no update since years and the man behind is sentenced.
But can he get out earlier?

What happen to this masterpiece of software?
Can it transfered to open source community?

I don't like the thought to move on to an other ftp-client because flashfxp was so good.
Please give us some news - also bad news but nothing else silence is unsatisfying.

Many states and federal prisons have "good behavior" credits. It can vary from 30 to 55 days per year served. But it also depends on the crime. He was sentenced to 15 years so even with those credits...


Can it transfered to open source community?
Unlikely. He was the only one who had access to the source code. The app used some commercial components which can not be opensourced.

Sadly, this is very true, but what other FXP apps are out there that have been updated recently? FTPrush hasn't been touched in even longer than FlashFXP - so do people have any ideas as to what we could look to switch to instead?
