Connection Failed(Connection Timed out)

I'm new to flashfxp and I have what may be a stupid question...I'm trying to connect my PC to a personal audio player called an instant replay (used for playing back audio clips) When I try to connect to the instant replay I keep getting a message that says "Connection Failed (Connection Timed Out)" Delaying 120 Seconds before reconnect attempt. Can anyone help me?

Does your audio player have a builtin ftp server? Did you enter the correct login information, like IP, port, username, password?
