Activation counter reset don't work

Getting this error when trying to reset activation counter:

Unexpected error (E22BE8B1) Failed to reset activation limit.
Please contact customer support.

I can no longer activate my FlashFXP license. :(

I have the same problem, emailed support twice with no answer. So much for a lifetime license...

Emailed for the 6 and last time yesterday with no response. If they have some type of a problem at least they could respond to their support system. I am now using free program CoreFTP le which is really similar to FlashFxp, does pretty much the same thing and price of free is right so will just have to accept they don't honor their lifetime subscription.

I am going to start posting everywhere I can online not to buy the lifetime key as they don't honor it and don't respond in their support section. What a bunch of scumbags.

depends "when" you bought it . like others when they bought it approx 12years ago , then i think it shouldnt cause any trouble at all. if you use that piece of software everyday like text-editors then in comparison to other much more expensive tools the tool itself is quite cheap...

besides dev-team or bigstar didnt release any beta/GA update since 1st april 2017 , quite strange i agree aswell - just imagine dev-team - consisting mainly of only one person named "bigstar" - just is dead or sitting in guantanamo bay catched by FBI to reveal magic secrets about the tool which is obviously used often for illegal activities.

QUINCY -- A Quincy man was arrested Thursday after police say he inappropriately touched a juvenile.

The Quincy Police Department said Charles E. DeWeese, 38, of 2230 Payson Ave., was arrested Thursday after the department was notified by the Department of Children and Family Services of the alleged incident.

...criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony....
DeWeese was released from the Adams County Jail after he posted $2,500 bond. He is scheduled to return to court May 12.

It's too bad as it was my favorite ftp client but Free Core FTP LE does about the same thing. Maybe someday we can get new keys again but not holding my breath.

FWIW I was able to reset the activation in customer portal just now. Haven't tested it as I resorted to pulling the activation from a previous OS backup when I ran across this thread, but it's no longer showing activation limit in the portal and didn't fire any error when I hit that button.

Just tried and still failed for me. Screw them. I found a keygen. Don't like to use them but since I paid for the program using it.
