The forum must have some problem; I get the error

Secure Connection Failed
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Did you disabled any weak crypto options to SSL ?

I made some additional changes to the website config please let me know if this is any improvement.

The website doesn't use/allow weak ciphers.
