import backup file ask for password

i just try to restore backup file and its ask for password and im 100% sure i never add any password just backup it in safe mode

please help me:cry:.

Since you're not using application password protection there is no password, attempting to restore the backup is prompting you for a password then I regret that your backup file is most likely corrupted.
