I am trying to connect to a Avaya telephone center and FlashFXP fails to get the directory listing and loops in listing
WINSCP works on the other hand

Open the Site Manager and select the site profile, then the Options tab

Change the List Parameters setting to Default

Click the Apply button and now try connecting to the site.
