Hi....I recently downloaded and installed the update....and all seemed smooth until today. I am trying to upload a ton of files for a new shopping cart and it continually stalls telling me "Queuing Files....Please Wait". I was only 1-10 through the upload and about 2 hours had passed. It was stalled much more than working :p
Is there a setting I need to adjust to prevent this? Thanks :)

DawnG, you can attach files here to your post.

The best way to obtain a copy of the session status log is to right-click on the status window and select copy to clipboard.
You'll want to make sure time stamping is enabled before you begin the test.
This can be enabled by right-clicking on the status window and checking "time stamping" if it's not already checked.
Using the default configuration the status log display is limited to the last 5000 or so lines, this would be more than enough to understand the stall.
Also are you uploading directly from your computer or performing a site to site transfer? If it's a site to site transfer is it using the direct or indirect transfer mode?

DawnG, your log shows only 1 file transfer,
[09:01:59] [R] STOR favicon.ico
[09:01:59] [R] 150 Accepted data connection
[09:01:59] [R] 226-File successfully transferred
[09:01:59] [R] 226 0.091 seconds (measured here), 3.43 Kbytes per second
[09:01:59] Upload: favicon.ico 318 bytes in 0.09 second (0.3 KB/s)and it uploaded correctly..
Please provide session logs when you actually encounter your problem. And please make sure that timestamps like above are turned on. Timing of commands is important to figure out what's going on.

Yes I only uploaded one file, but it took several tries for it to upload. Every folder I opened it stalled and would not bring up the list of contents...eventually I shut it down every time. Perhaps the only info in the log was the final and successful transfer.
Right now I am working on a new website and may not need to ftp much, but as soon as I can I will get right back to you on this.
Thank you :)

From the log session log you posted I am not seeing any problems, as MxxCon pointed out we need to see the whole log or at least the part that shows the problem.
I would recommend increasing the session status window line limit under
Options > Preferences > General
and change it from the default of 300 to perhaps 5000 or more (20k is max)
Also if you double-click the session status window it will open a copy of the session log into the internal editor.
You'll want to wait until after the error or next success command.

I did increase the line limit as you suggested....thank you for letting me know. As soon as I need to upload anything, which I am sure will be soon due to site building, I will do as you instructed. Will post it right back here....thanks again so much :)

I have tried to upload a small amount of files just now and it has stalled twice. I aborted the try and started again....and it still sits there doing nothing. Sadly now this software is useless to me :( Here is the log:

Can you try changing the site connection type to "FTP using explicit SSL" and see if the problem persists.
(based on the session log the server appears to support SSL and using SSL is more robust and might not stuffer these issues.)

Do you recall which build you upgraded from? Its quite possible that I goofed something up in the last v4.4 build.
I am still trying to wrap my head around what on earth could cause such a problem. Right now I have I am in the process of replacing a hard drive starting to fail and half of my data is offline so I can't dig into this deeper right now.
I will send you a private message with some additional information.
