Windows 8 and ioZS setup

I am not able to save the settings the registry doesn't accept it or something, im running setup as administrator, and everytime I try to save I come back and the settings are all blank and if I choose load its still blank.

I am running windows 8, ioftpd 7.7.2, and ioZS 2.1.....
